Gut-renovation of a 1910 3-floor brick townhouse in the charming Brooklyn neighborhood of Windsor Terrace. The project included re-thinking the interior circulation to provide more direct access to the rear yard and basement, updating all systems, introducing a new material palette and custom millwork.
