Richardson Olmstead Campus | Deborah Berke Partners

The landmarked Richardson Olmsted Campus, a former state hospital designed by H.H. Richardson with landscape design by Frederick Law Olmsted, is re-envisioned as a boutique hotel and event center. The glass addition creates a new entrance for the complex while maintaining the visibility of the original facade.

21c Indianapolis & Brooklyn | Deborah Berke Partners

21c Indianapolis and 21c Brooklyn propose synergistic additions to existing buildings. In Indianapolis, the museum hotel program spans from the old city hall to a new glass tower addition. In Brooklyn, the ground-up metal screen and masonry building connects to the Mark Morris dance group building creating a continuum between the art and performing related programs.
